Dr. John Carosso, Psy.D.
Psychologist & Clinical Director
Dr. Carosso is a licensed clinical psychologist who has dedicated his entire career to diagnosing and treating children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. With more than three decades of clinical experience, he is known for his expertise in psychological and developmental evaluations.
Dr. Carosso reviews findings personally, meets with families throughout the evaluation and treatment process, and provides direct clinical supervision across all HFYC locations.

Dr. Robert Lowenstein, M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. Lowenstein is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with 46 years of clinical practice. A Life Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, he brings unparalleled medical expertise in managing the complex needs of children and teens.
Dr. Lowenstein collaborates directly with Dr. Carosso on complex cases, ensuring that psychological and psychiatric perspectives are fully integrated — not treated as separate tracks.
